Alright, as you guys know we men do lots of efforts to get a perfect hairstyle, our top priority is to get decent hair looks no matter how much time its takes, but unfortunately while doing this, they usually get failed to care about their hair health and spent a lot of money on hair products, in the end, they get hair issues like hair breakage, dry hair, hair loss, and many others
If I talk about my hair, I love to have a different hairstyle whenever I go somewhere, but I rarely use any hair products, because i don’t want to use any chemical on my hair.
well, I don’t have a perfect hairstyle either, but I can say that my hair is much healthier and stronger because I do proper care of my hair and, which I had researched earlier and try to apply those tips on my hair, and now I’m going to tell you about those tips here.

1. Don’t wash your hair with hot water.
The next time you go for a hot shower, prevent your hair first, hot water can make your hair dry and pull out all the essential oil from your scalp and make your hair weak. So always remember to wash your hair with just a little bit of warm or normal water.
2. Stop using too many hair products.
I personally rarely use any hair wax, hair spray, or any hair products. I love to keep my hair as natural as possible, using too many products can make your hair look unnatural, heavy, and greasy, but as you want to style your hair for a party, event, or somewhere special, then you can use it a little bit.
3. Don’t wash your hair daily
Washing your hair every 2,3 days is considered to be good, washing the hair less often will help to protect the natural oils from the scalp and keep the hair moisturized
4. Give your hair an egg treatment
Maybe you have heard this before somewhere, and this is one of the best treatment you can give it to your hair. So all you need to do is one egg.
pour the egg into the bowl and then apply on your hair using with a brush, leave it for 20 to 25 minutes and then wash it with cold water, it gives protein to your hair also helps to repair the damaged hair and keep the hair moisturize and makes your hair soft and shiny.
5. Trim your hair regularly.
Get a haircut every 4 to 5 weeks to maintain the neatness of hair look. Regular haircuts help keep your hair strong and healthy, have a conversation with your hairdresser, and tell them how you want to style your hair.
6. Don’t rub wet hair with towel
Stop rubbing your wet hair aggressively, this can leads to hair breakage, hair becomes weaker when they are wet, try to avoid it and leave your hair to dry itself.
7. Avoid heat, keep it cool
Keep your hair away from heat stuff, avoid a hairdryer or hair blower for drying your hair, only if you are in a hurry and can’t wait to dry your hair itself, then you can use the dryer but make sure its sets on low temperature.
8. Avoid chemicals; keep it natural.
Most guys love highlighting and straightening their hair, but I wanted to let you guys know, if you want your hair to be strong and healthy, then you have to stay away from those chemicals, they can extremely damage your hair and make your hair worse, so always try to avoid it.
9. Don’t comb wet hair
Wet hair tends to be weaker and doing comb in wet hair can make the hair brittle, and this can cause hair breakage, always use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair to avoid hair fall.
10. Protect your hair when going in the pool
Remember this when the next time you are going to a pool, the pool contains chlorine chemicals, and it can be disastrous for your scalp. It can make your hair dull and brittle, to protect your hair from chlorine.
Wet your hair and apply conditioner before going to the pool, you can also wear a swimming cap to prevent your hair from chlorine.
11. Avoid tight kinds of stuff on your hair.
Whenever you wear a cap, band, or something that tightens your hair, please avoid it, don’t tie your hair tightly, not even a tight ponytail, it can cause hair loss.

Beer contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids, which benefit hair in many ways
Apply some little beer on wet hair according to your hair, distribute all over on your scalp, massage and leave it for 20 minutes and then wash it with cold water, try this once in a week for better result
13. Use almonds oil for healthy hair
Almonds oil can fix your dry and weak hair, it gives hydration to your hair and makes your hair healthy and shiny, and keeps the hair moisturized, put some almonds oil in a bowl then apply it all over on your scalp and massage it and leave it for 30 minutes and then wash it with shampoo using cold water.
14. Apply coconut oil before shampoo
Apply coconut oil on your hair for at least 1 to 2 hours before shampoo, it will keep your hair moisturized and make your hair smooth and shiny.
15. Keep your diet good
Diet plays a significant role in keeping your hair healthy, try to add more protein and fiber to your diet and eat clean, working out daily, drinking lots of water, and most importantly getting enough sleep can definitely help to make your body along with your hair much healthier and stronger.
